Gather all of your ingredients because this cooks up quick. You can also make this with ham or turkey meat and it tastes amazing.

Cut your onion and place in an oiled pan. Once they become translucent add salt and sugar. Cook until brown and set aside.

While your onions done cooking you are going to mix together in a bowl mustard, horseradish and honey.

On a slice of bread spread the mustard mixture then add roast beef, cheese and onion. Top with another sandwich bread and place on a buttered hot pan.

Cook on one side until the toast is to your liking then flip and cook the other side.
