Baked chicken drumsticks

Baked chicken drumsticks are a delicious and easy dinner option that can be prepared with simple ingredients and minimal effort.
These require very little preparation or work. Simply sprinkle your preferred seasoning on the chicken, put it in the oven, and then concentrate on your side dishes while the drumsticks cook on their own. They are simple, delicious, and the ideal "emergency" meal for times when you don't want to worry about what to eat for supper.
To get the extra crispy skin, use the magic ingredient—baking powder. Use about 3 tablespoons of baking powder mixed with the seasoning.
Make sure that the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F for safe consumption.
Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three or four days in an airtight container. I would put them on a baking sheet and reheat them at 350°F until thoroughly hot.
They can also be frozen for up to two or three months in a freezer-safe bag or container. Before reheating, let it thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Another easy recipe for pre-Ramadan!
