Ingredients

  1. 1 cupunsalted butter at room temp
  2. 1.5 cupsgranulated sugar
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  5. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  6. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  7. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  8. 1/2 teaspooncrème of tarter
  9. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  10. 2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal Crushed
  11. 1 cupmini marshmallows

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    In a stand mixer, combine butter and sugar and beat until creamed then add eggs and vanilla extract till well combined.

    In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together. Then you are going to add the dry ingredients to the wet ones in the stand mixer and beat on low until your dough forms

    Place the dough on a cookie sheet. You want them pretty large but far apart. I used an ice-cream scoop. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
