  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 spoon chopped Coriander
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspLemon juice

    Wash mung bean. Soak in water for overnight. (12 hours). Strain water from soaked mung beans.

    Keep Soaked mung beans in a soft cloth. Tie a band tightly.
    Hang for 12 hours. Spread water in it after 2 hours. Keep wet cloth not dry. Ready sprouts.

    Boil in pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
    Transfere into a bowl.add all spices.
    Serve hot mung bean sprouts.
