Ingredients

  • Bhindi thin sliced pieces 50
  • 4-6 tbsprice flour
  • 4 tbspbesan
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspAamchur powder
  • 1 tspanardhana powder (optional)
  • 0.5 tspsalt
  • 1 tspHimalayan pink salt
  • leavesOregano
  • 0.5 tspgarlic powder
  • 0.5 tspturmeric
  • 0.5 tsphing
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tspjaggery
  • Any other seasoning ingredients
  • Oil to sprinkle on Bhindi
  • Lemon
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and add thinly sliced Bhindi. Mix it with a bit of oil into the flor sticks to Bhindi. Rest it for at least 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Now take a baking pan and arrange all Bhindi slices on it. Sprinkle lemon juice and oil on top of it

    Bake it in oven at 425F (preheated) for 25-30 minutes to get crispy Bhindi fry.
