It's an absolutely amazing and flavourful Lassi made this Ramadan by me for Iftaar meals. It's not only a visual stunner but also a connoisseurs delight by all means.
You would love it's pastel Pink colour with somewhat a bit light Orange tinge as well. It looks beautiful and luscious.
Creamy to the last sip, it's a winner hands down.
Nowadays Delhi Red Carrots are available aplenty in the markets. I had grated them at first and used for a great creamy texture.
It would definitely be a perfect crowd pleaser. At Iftaar table, it would be an added attraction. Not only is it healthy and wholesome, it's amazingly delicious too.
Do try this for your families and friends this Ramadan and enjoy it's flavourful kick.

Steps
- 1
Blend all the ingredients for a good 5 minutes. Use the pulse button for this until you get a creamy foam on the top.
- 2
If desired, whisk also can be used but that takes a lot of time. Blending is the easiest option.
- 3
Sugar can be increased or decreased. Dry fruits of your choice can be used. This makes the drink even more healthy. Curd should be homemade for the best results. Refrigerate it until ready to serve. It tastes awesome when served chilled.
- 4
Serve it chilled at Iftaar meals for a refreshing fruity experience. Enjoy!
