  • cebola
  • cenoura
  • batata Asterix
  • batata doce
  • vagem francesa
  • aspargos frescos
  • pimentão vermelho
  • abobrinha
  • alho
  • azeite
  • sal
  • Shoyo
  • Wasabe sauce
  • Ketchup

Steps

    Corte a cebola em rodelas. A cenoura, a batata, a abobrinha, o alho e a batata doce em lâminas. O pimentão em tiras. Escolha 3 ou 4 aspargos.

    Aqueça a frigideira. Coloque azeite e comece colocando primeiros os legumes mais duros para dourar. Tempere com todos os ingredientes. Apure o sal

  3. 3

    Separe a parte dos vegetarianos. Com o restante, grelhe os medalhões. Sirva com arroz branco.
