Ingredients

  1. 1pink grapefruit
  2. 1 tspcoconut palm sugar
  3. Handfulshelled pistachios
  4. Small pot of coconut milk yoghurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut grapefruit in half horizontally and score segments (makes it easier when you're eating it!)

  2. 2

    Sprinkle half a tsp of coconut palm sugar evenly over each grapefruit half

  3. 3

    Top each half with a handful of pistachios and put under medium grill for a few mins. Stay nearby, the pistachios burn quickly so keep an eye on it!

  4. 4

    Serve with a dollop of coconut milk yoghurt
