
Glazed Sweet Potato with Pecans

Heat 1 tbsp unsalted butter. Add cubed sweet potato to pan on medium heat for 10-minutes stirring.

Reduce heat and add in stock, cover for 8-minutes stirring.

Add remaining butter. Add sugar and cinnamon stirring. Add water or stock if you want it thinner.

Drizzle with bourbon and add chopped pecans. Mix together.
