Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 7 ouncespasta (about 200 grams)
  2. 1 bunchrapini
  3. 4-5 slicesbacon
  4. 1large clove garlic
  5. Generous amount of olive oil
  6. Red chili pepper, to taste
  7. Salt, to taste
  8. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  9. 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon powder

Cooking Instructions

    Start boiling the pasta in salted water.
    Cut the rapini into 1-inch pieces, the bacon into 3/4-inch pieces, and slice the garlic thinly.
    Slice the red chili pepper into small pieces.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and red chili pepper. Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the bacon, rapini stems, and then the rapini leaves in that order, and sauté. Immediately after adding the rapini leaves, add one ladle of pasta cooking water, chicken bouillon powder, and soy sauce.
