Broccolini Pasta

I tried making a kind of olio e peperoncino pasta using seasonal broccolini.
If you over-cook the broccolini., it will become limp, so I recommend you work quickly. This time, i used 4 tablespoons of olive oil. The more you use, the more delicious it is. Recipe by Yuutama

Steps
- 1
Boil the pasta in salted water. Cut the broccolini into 2~3 cm pieces, the bacon into 2 cm pieces, and finely slice the garlic. Slice the red chili pepper.
- 2
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the garlic and red chili peppers. When the garlic is aromatic, add the bacon and broccolini and stir-fry. When the broccolini is tossed well, quickly add 1 ladle of pasta cooking water, then add the chicken soup stock granules and soy sauce.
- 3
Quickly add the cooked pasta. Toss and serve!
