Boil the spinach in salted water, squeeze out the excess water, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the ground pork. Season with the ingredients marked ◎ (sugar, Shaoxing wine or sake, pepper, soy sauce, sweet bean paste, chili bean paste).

Cook the fresh ramen noodles according to the package instructions and prepare the soup. Top the noodles with the seasoned pork, add the spinach, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
