Today, I made an easy sukiyaki using Ebara's sukiyaki sauce.
The origin of this recipe: I once had it at my cousin's house using store-bought sauce, and it was quite delicious, so I decided to use it.

Steps

  1. 1

Add lard to a cast iron pot and coat the pot with oil. Add a little beef and some sauce, then add the onion and simmer. The onion will add sweetness.

  2. 2

Add ingredients like shirataki noodles that don't absorb flavors easily, then add tofu, vegetables, and mushrooms.
Add sauce as needed and taste.

  3. 3

Keep the shirataki noodles and beef apart to prevent the meat from becoming tough.
Adjust the amount of sauce based on the moisture released from the vegetables.

  4. 4

    Use raw eggs as desired.
