Today, I made an easy sukiyaki using Ebara's sukiyaki sauce.
The origin of this recipe: I once had it at my cousin's house using store-bought sauce, and it was quite delicious, so I decided to use it.

Add lard to a cast iron pot and coat the pot with oil. Add a little beef and some sauce, then add the onion and simmer. The onion will add sweetness.

Add ingredients like shirataki noodles that don't absorb flavors easily, then add tofu, vegetables, and mushrooms.
Add sauce as needed and taste. - 3
Keep the shirataki noodles and beef apart to prevent the meat from becoming tough.
Adjust the amount of sauce based on the moisture released from the vegetables. - 4
Use raw eggs as desired.
