  1. 4 piecespork cutlet (see Recipe ID: 18456428)
  2. Curry (see Recipe ID: 18473420)
  3. 3 cupscooked rice (about 540 grams)
  4. Fukujinzuke pickles, as desired

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the pork cutlets. Refer to Recipe ID: 1710959 for instructions.

  2. 2

    Make the curry. Refer to Recipe ID: 18473420 for instructions.

  3. 3

    Spoon rice into bowls, add sliced pork cutlet, and pour curry over the top.

  4. 4

    For a quicker version, use canned tomatoes (about 3.5 oz/100 grams), water, store-bought curry roux, and sauce.
