Heat oven to 250F; prep cookie sheet with aluminum foil

In frying pan, heat olive oil with butter, salt, garlic pepper, savory, thyme, paprika etc.

Beat veal or chicken or pork filets between 2 wax paper sheets, with meat hammer.

Dip in eggs, flour, eggs, bread crumbs.

Cook in frying pan 4-6 minutes on each side.

Place on cookie sheet and keep warm in oven at 250F until the others are done.

Put Pyrex water bowl in oven to Lee moist.

Serve with red cabbage, spaetzle, mashed potatoes, corn, etc.
