Easy Colorful Sports Day Bento 2007

This is a vibrant bento for sports day, enough to fill one tier of a jubako (stacked bento box). For more bento ideas, check out my bento blog: http://obentone.exblog.jp/
Recipe background:
Normally, September and October—the sports day season—are still quite hot, so I wouldn’t usually recommend using smoked salmon marinade. I added it for color, even though it was a bit forced. Since it was a really hot day, I was worried, but I used an ice pack just in case. No one got sick, so I guess it was fine!
