1 candiced tomatoes
1 canpork & beans
2 tbsptomato paste
2celery stalks
1/2 pkgcremini mushrooms
2carrots
1 cupcorn
1 tbspchili powder
1 tbspcumin
1 tspcinnamon
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspCayenne

Brown beef

Stir in 1/2 the spices

Simmer 5 minutes

Dice celery, mushrooms & carrots

Place tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, diced vegetables, beef and remaining spices in slow cooker

Set to cook for 2 hours on med-high
