  • 1 lbbeef
  • 1 canbean medley
  • 1 candiced tomatoes
  • 1 canpork & beans
  • 2 tbsptomato paste
  • 2celery stalks
  • 1/2 pkgcremini mushrooms
  • 2carrots
  • 1 cupcorn
  • 1 tbspchili powder
  • 1 tbspcumin
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspCayenne

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown beef

  2. 2

    Stir in 1/2 the spices

  3. 3

    Simmer 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Dice celery, mushrooms & carrots

  5. 5

    Place tomatoes, beans, tomato paste, diced vegetables, beef and remaining spices in slow cooker

  6. 6

    Set to cook for 2 hours on med-high
