  • 4 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 2 tspSugar
  • Wet mix
  • 2Egg
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 1 3/4 cupMilk
  • Optional
  • 2Bananas

    Mix dry together

  2. 2

    Separate yolk and whites into 2 bowls

  3. 3

    Beat whites until medium firm

  4. 4

    Melt butter

  5. 5

    Mix yolks, butter & milk into dry mix

  6. 6

    Beat until smooth

  7. 7

    Add bananas

  8. 8

    Beat until mostly smooth

  9. 9

    Fold whites into batter

  10. 10

    Cook in waffle maker
