  • 1 packageSapporo Ichiban Curry Ramen
  • 1large egg
  • 1 stalkgreen onion (scallion)
  • 2 tablespoonstempura flakes (tenkasu)
  • as neededChopped nori (dried seaweed),

Steps

  1. 1

    For this recipe, use Sapporo Ichiban Curry Ramen.

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring to separate. Drain the noodles and place them in a bowl. Reserve the cooking water.

  3. 3

    Dissolve half of the included special soup packet in 2 tablespoons of the reserved cooking water.

  4. 4

    Crack the egg into the center of the noodles. Top with sliced green onion, tempura flakes, and chopped nori. Pour the curry sauce from step 3 over everything before eating.

  5. 5

    Add the included special spice packet to taste, if desired.
