For this recipe, use Sapporo Ichiban Curry Ramen.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring to separate. Drain the noodles and place them in a bowl. Reserve the cooking water.

Dissolve half of the included special soup packet in 2 tablespoons of the reserved cooking water.

Crack the egg into the center of the noodles. Top with sliced green onion, tempura flakes, and chopped nori. Pour the curry sauce from step 3 over everything before eating.
