Ingredients

60 mins
8-10 servings
  • 250 gramschicken, cut small
  • 1 tbspoil or 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 1medium red onion
  • 4 pcshotdogs or 6 pcs vienna sausage, cut into strips
  • 6 cupschicken stock (add stock according to your preference)
  • 250 gramsmacaroni noodles
  • 370 ml(1 big can) evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cupjulienned carrots
  • 1 cupcabbage, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheese
  • to tastepepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken separately until cooked. Reserve the chicken stock for later.

  2. 2

    Saute garlic and onions until they are almost done. Add chicken from step 1 and the sausages.

  3. 3

    Add chicken stock and allow to boil.

  4. 4

    Add the macaroni noodles and cover with occassional stirring.

  5. 5

    When the noodles are almost cooked, add the evaporated milk, carrots, cabbage, and cheese.

  6. 6

    Add pepper if desired. Simmer until cooked.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
