Creamy Chicken Macaroni Soup

Ingredients

  1. 250 gramschicken, cut small
  2. 1 tbspoil or 1 tbsp butter
  3. 4 clovesgarlic
  4. 1medium red onion
  5. 4 pcshotdogs or 6 pcs vienna sausage, cut into strips
  6. 6 cupschicken stock (add stock according to your preference)
  7. 250 gramsmacaroni noodles
  8. 370 ml(1 big can) evaporated milk
  9. 1/2 cupjulienned carrots
  10. 1 cupcabbage, cut into strips
  11. 1/2 cupshredded cheese
  12. to tastepepper

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken separately until cooked. Reserve the chicken stock for later.

  2. 2

    Saute garlic and onions until they are almost done. Add chicken from step 1 and the sausages.

  3. 3

    Add chicken stock and allow to boil.

  4. 4

    Add the macaroni noodles and cover with occassional stirring.

  5. 5

    When the noodles are almost cooked, add the evaporated milk, carrots, cabbage, and cheese.

  6. 6

    Add pepper if desired. Simmer until cooked.

  7. 7

    Serve hot.
