Ingredients

Makes 2 patties
  • 200 gground beef and pork mix
  • 1/4onion
  • 1/2egg
  • 1/2 teaspoonmiso
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoonpotato starch
  • 3shakes nutmeg

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onion. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.

    Divide into two portions, add vegetable oil to a frying pan, and cook.
