Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1/3large daikon radish
  2. 5.3 ozground meat (beef and pork mix)
  3. 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  4. 2 tablespoonsmirin
  5. 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon
  6. 1 tablespoonsugar
  7. 1 cupwater (250 ml)

Cooking Instructions

    Sauté the ground meat until it changes color, then add the daikon cut into rounds.

    Add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, chicken bouillon, and water to the pot. Simmer until the liquid is absorbed, and it's ready to serve.
