You can use any soy sauce-flavored instant ramen, but I personally recommend Maruchan Seimen.

Add all the ingredients marked with ● to a bowl.

Boil the noodles, drain them very well, and add them to the bowl. Mix thoroughly.

Try it with Sapporo Ichiban for a rich, authentic carbonara (ID:17993275).

My Favorite Oil Ramen Noodles (Abura-Soba) My Favorite Oil Ramen Noodles (Abura-Soba)
20 years ago (!) I had an oil ramen noodles at a noodle shop called Menchin-tei for the first time, and I've been hooked on it ever since. I discovered the way I could cook oil ramen noodle at home. The yakisoba noodles have a firm texture, and they are perfect for making oil ramen noodles.Adjust the amounts of the sauce ingredients to taste.I often modify the amount of vinegar, depending on how I feel.If you want to eat it warm, microwave the sauce in Step 1, or microwave the noodles and soup together in Step 3. Soupless Ramen (Abura-soba) made with Raoh-brand Ramen Soupless Ramen (Abura-soba) made with Raoh-brand Ramen
I realized that the Raoh-brand instant ramen tastes really close to the soupless ramen served at a certain ramen shop!If you start off with a strong flavor, it's difficult to alter later. So if you're worried about that, start off with a weaker flavor and then add more sauce while tasting. For serving 1. Recipe by shima613 cookpad.japan -

Stir-Fried Instant Ramen Stir-Fried Instant Ramen
I wanted to eat this in a different manner than usual, so I tried making it this way.Thoroughly seasoning the vegetables with salt and pepper will bring out the taste of the vegetables better.Add the water in with the noodles. Move the noodles back and forth, flipping it back and forth to soak both sides in the soup; this will separate the noodles more quickly. For 1 serving. Recipe by watyami cookpad.japan -
Pan-Fried Instant Ramen Pan-Fried Instant Ramen
My daughter can't eat steaming hot food, so I thought this would be OK for her.I plan to try it out with different kinds of ramen. If you add the whole soup packet, it will be too salty. I used shio (salt-flavored) ramen. If you use 200 ml of water, the noodles will be very plump, and if you use 250 ml the finished dish will be soupy. Please adjust the amount of water to your liking.
