Easy, Tender Chicken Katsu with Chicken Breast (No Egg Needed)

Thank you for making this recipe popular! No eggs needed for the coating—super easy, and the chicken breast turns out so tender. This is our family's go-to lazy method for katsu. Plus, your hands stay clean!

How this recipe came about: One day, I realized I was out of eggs—and even flour! I really wanted chicken katsu, so I tried making it this way, and it turned out great. Give it a try when you’re in a pinch!
