I often bought yakisoba bread. Since I didn't include any fillings, I created a delicious sauce different from my existing sauce yakisoba (Recipe ID: 20387516) and decided to share it ♬

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the ◎ marked sauces together.
*It's okay if the chicken bouillon granules don't completely dissolve. - 2
(If the buns don't have a slit, make one)
Cut the noodles into thirds perpendicular to the length, and microwave for 90 seconds at 500W.
*Thin noodles are recommended for easier stuffing into the buns. - 3
To remove the oil from the noodles, stir-fry over medium heat for about 1 minute until the sizzling sound stops. *Adjust time as needed based on your stove.
- 4
Add the ◎ marked sauce mixture from step 1 and stir-fry just enough to mix (keep it moist without drying out).
- 5
Stuff the noodles into the buns and add mayonnaise, aonori, and pickled ginger to taste. Enjoy!!
Wrap in plastic wrap for a great lunchbox option ♬
- 6
I used Lee Kum Kee's chicken bouillon granules without additives.

I tried this when an English guy made this in Africa, and it tasted just salty instant yakisoba noodles! That guy added the whole soup pack, didn't add vegetables, and sandwiched it between bread for a yakisoba sandwich! I'm impressed at the globalization of instant ramen noodles.Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce can also be called "English soy sauce"? The main ingredient is vinegar, so cook off the sourness first. You can buy instant ramen anywhere in the world. There's beef, vegetable and shrimp, but I think chicken is the best (although I haven't tried the others). Recipe by Bo-changohan cookpad.japan -

Garden Yakisoba Garden Yakisoba
This is a traditional Japanese street food, common at fairs, festivals and events. The sweet/salty/tangy combination will make this an instant favorite at your table. You can eat it as a meal or with cuts of meat. The word "Yakisoba" means grilled noodles. You can add pretty much anything you like. Since I like mine with teriyaki or some other form of meat I make mine with veggies. Oh, for the sauce you can use the traditional "Marin" sauce. But this is a close substitute if you don't have any Marin. Great for potlucks and buffet style dining. Enjoy! Tallior -

Yakisoba, stir-fried udon, fried rice...I felt like I was just eating the same stuff for lunch over and over again. Then I remembered a frozen foods sobameshi I had a while back, and recreated it in my own way.I use a sweet, rich okonomiyaki sauce, like the "Otafuku" brand. If using the sauce that was included with the yakisoba noodles in place of the Worcestershire-style sauce, add the okonomiyaki sauce first, and then add the yakisoba sauce while tasting.Make the rice on the hard side to keep the sobameshi from becoming sticky.
