This is my auty recipe and we call this menu Gomoku Namasu which means sweet vinegar 5 kinds of vegetables.

This is my auty recipe and we call this menu Gomoku Namasu which means sweet vinegar 5 kinds of vegetables.
Steps

Shred Daikon and carrot finely

Shred Shiitake Aburaage and Shirataki same size
- 3
Sprinkle Daikon and carrot with a pinch of salt and wait till Daikon softened
- 4
Squeeze Daikon and carrot softly
- 5
Cook Aburaage Shiitake and Shirataki in Shiitake water with seasoning for 10 minutes. Drain softly.
- 6
Mix Daikon Carrot and Shirataki mixture with sweet vinegar seasoning mixture. Put sesame.
