Ingredients

  1. 300 gDaikon Radish
  2. 150 gcarrot
  3. 1Aburaage
  4. 1large Shiitake mushroom or 2 medium
  5. 1 pack (200 g)Shirataki
  6. For cook Aburaage Shiitake and Shirataki
  7. 1 cupShiitake soaked water
  8. 1 tablespoonDashi powder
  9. 2 teaspoonsugar
  10. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  11. For sweet vinegar
  12. 50 mlrice vinegar
  13. 2 tablespoonsugar
  14. 1/4 teaspoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Shred Daikon and carrot finely

    Shred Shiitake Aburaage and Shirataki same size

    Sprinkle Daikon and carrot with a pinch of salt and wait till Daikon softened

    Squeeze Daikon and carrot softly

  5. 5

    Cook Aburaage Shiitake and Shirataki in Shiitake water with seasoning for 10 minutes. Drain softly.

    Mix Daikon Carrot and Shirataki mixture with sweet vinegar seasoning mixture. Put sesame.
