Ingredients

  • Fresh ginger (I like organic)
  • Tool: grater
  • Ziploc (freezer quart)

Steps

    Grate ginger

  2. 2

    Put in Ziploc without air

  3. 3

    Make it flat. Make sure the edges have empty area (about 1/2 inch).

  4. 4

    Freeze

  5. 5

    When you need fresh ginger, just open freeze. Fresh ginger is ready and waiting for you. You can break only the amount you want.
