  1. 600 gchicken
  2. Starch suitable amount
  3. 1 tablespoonSake
  4. Sesame suitable amount
  5. Salt and pepper suitable amount
  6. Sauce
  7. ・3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  8. ・3 tablespoons vinegar
  9. ・2.5 tablespoons sugar
  10. ・A tablespoon of water

  1. 1

    Cut a chicken open and remove its string.

    Make a sauce.

    Put starch on the chicken entirely, both sides.

    Put the chicken into oil.

    Fry the chicken from 2 to 3 minutes, each side.

    Reduce oil and cut the chicken into the size you can eat easily.

    Put sesame into a sauce and have the chicken with rice.
