Steps

Have 3 bowls in the first bowl beat eggs milk and 2 teaspoons semoulina

In the second bowl put the flour and all seasonings with about 2 tablespoons of semoulina

In the 3rd bowl put italian seasoned bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons of semoulina aswell.

Heat oil... and dip the calamari in flour first then in egg and the final coat is in breadcrumbs

When the oil is hot put the calamari but dont let them stay too long they need to be golden on both sides !
