Yaki Udon with Consommé and Worcestershire Sauce
Consommé, Worcestershire sauce, and beef make this yaki udon delicious and chewy!

I wanted to try a yaki udon with a flavor other than soy sauce, and this is what I came up with!
Steps

Add olive oil and garlic to a frying pan. When fragrant, add the beef and 1 tablespoon of sake, and stir-fry.

Once the beef is cooked, add the bell peppers, and stir-fry. Add 1/2 teaspoon consommé and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, and stir-fry to coat the ingredients.

Make a space in the center of the pan and add the udon noodles.

Pour 1 tablespoon sake, 1/2 teaspoon consommé, and 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce over the noodles. Stir-fry, breaking up the noodles as you go.

Stir-fry everything together, mixing the noodles and other ingredients well.

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with aonori.
