Strawberry Milk Jelly with Condensed Milk

I used to dislike milk jelly. This one is not too firm and has a delightful texture. The condensed milk is a nice touch. Strawberries are so cute! The origin of this recipe: I adapted it from what a cooking class teacher taught me.

Steps
- 1
Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into 1/2-inch cubes. Distribute them evenly in a mold.
- 2
In a pot, combine the ☆ ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Add the sugar and sweetened condensed milk, and once dissolved, add the milk. Mix and then immediately turn off the heat.
- 3
Once it has cooled slightly, pour the mixture into the mold and chill in the refrigerator. Note: If you place the mold in a pan of ice water, it will cool faster but will set quickly, so be careful.
