Mix together all the ingredients for the meatballs, blend well and make round walnut size meatballs.

Chop the onion in large pieces and grill it on a grill or a stove for a little while.

In a pot set the water to boil and add the grilled onion, the carrot, the lemon and the salt.

While the water is boiling, cover the meatballs in flour and drop them inside.

When all cooked, you can remove the onion if you like. You can also blend the sauce if you do not like pieces of carrot and lemon inside. I leave it that way.

Mix all the ingredients for the liaison and add them to the cooled pot. I put it back on the stove for a while afterwards for the egg to cook.

Garnish with fresh parsley.
