I won a SPAM(R) monitor. I usually use bacon or sausage in this recipe, but adding SPAM(R) made it more flavorful and delicious, so I decided to share it.

2eggs, beaten
1 tablespoonvegetable oil

Cut the SPAM(R) into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cabbage into easy-to-eat pieces and microwave for about 2 minutes.
