Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
■Yakisoba Noodles■ Take the noodles out of the package and fry both sides in a pan over medium heat. Occasionally loosen them, but it's okay to leave them alone!
- 3
■Ankake Sauce■ In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Stir-fry the meat or seafood from step 1 first, and when it's cooked through, add the vegetables and stir-fry them too.
- 4
Once step 3 is somewhat cooked, add all the ★ ingredients and let it steam-cook.
●Note● This is a sweet seasoning. If you don't like it sweet, reduce the amount of sugar. - 5
When step 4 becomes tender, turn off the heat and stir in the mixed 〇 ingredients to finish.
- 6
Once both sides of the noodles in step 2 are crispy, transfer them to a plate and pour step 5 over them to serve.
- 7
If you pour it over warm rice, it becomes a Chinese-style rice bowl! Please give it a try!

Crispy Fried Yakisoba Noodles with Ankake Sauce Crispy Fried Yakisoba Noodles with Ankake Sauce
I love anakake-style dishes and oyster sauce. I wanted to season the sauce using oyster sauce.I always make this by just kinda eye-balling the measurement so it was quite difficult to create a proper recipe.-Before adding the sauce ingredients stir well first because the katakuriko tends to sink to the bottom.-You can use any leftover ingredients you have at home!-Use any meat such as mince, ham and bacon! If you serve this for your friends use a large dish to share! In that case cut the noodles beforehand. Recipe by ariatowa cookpad.japan -

Addictive Chinese Style Yakisoba Noodles Addictive Chinese Style Yakisoba Noodles
My friend taught me a version of this yakisoba noodle dish, but her version was just flavored with Weipa soup stock paste, so I adapted it after a lot of thought. I prefer my version which is rich rather than salty! We make this with 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, but please adjust it to your taste. If you're just using 1 pack of yakisoba noodles, halve the ingredients! The sauce will be thickened a bit by the flour on the noodles, but I think that adds to the flavor. Use whatever vegetables you like such as carrots, cabbage or Chinese cabbage. For 2 servings. Basic Yakisoba Noodles with Seafood and Thick Ankake Sauce Basic Yakisoba Noodles with Seafood and Thick Ankake Sauce
This is one of our favorite standard dishes that I've cooked for more than 20 years. If you simmer the squid too long, it'll harden too much, so I stir-fry it separately. You can use the vegetables that you have at home. It's also delicious to use bok choy, bean sprouts, shiitake mushrooms, chikuwa fishcakes, and kamaboko fishcakes, etc. If it's too much work to stir-fry the ingredients separately, you can stir-fry them in order. Please adjust the amount of salt to your liking. Shiitake is a surprisingly miraculous seasoning with natural Umami taste. It will make your usual recipes even more delicious. It goes particularly well with noodles!Zen monks found Forest-grown Shiitake is the best Umami enhancer for Vegan Cuisine more than 1000-years ago in Japan. The drying and rehydrating process of Shiitake produces "Guanylate," a natural Umami energizer. Guanylate amplifies the Umami taste of all foods.Unlike Dried Porcini, Shiitake can enhance the Umami taste of your cooking without adding a mushroom flavor.Tips and tricks:Adding a little water to Shiitake powder and waiting 10 minutes before using, maximizes 3x the Umami Flavor! Garden Yakisoba Garden Yakisoba
This is a traditional Japanese street food, common at fairs, festivals and events. The sweet/salty/tangy combination will make this an instant favorite at your table. You can eat it as a meal or with cuts of meat. The word "Yakisoba" means grilled noodles. You can add pretty much anything you like. Since I like mine with teriyaki or some other form of meat I make mine with veggies. Oh, for the sauce you can use the traditional "Marin" sauce. But this is a close substitute if you don't have any Marin. Great for potlucks and buffet style dining. Enjoy! Tallior -
Instant Yakisoba Noodles Instant Yakisoba Noodles
I tried this when an English guy made this in Africa, and it tasted just salty instant yakisoba noodles! That guy added the whole soup pack, didn't add vegetables, and sandwiched it between bread for a yakisoba sandwich! I'm impressed at the globalization of instant ramen noodles.Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce can also be called "English soy sauce"? The main ingredient is vinegar, so cook off the sourness first. You can buy instant ramen anywhere in the world. There's beef, vegetable and shrimp, but I think chicken is the best (although I haven't tried the others). Recipe by Bo-changohan cookpad.japan -
