Ingredients

  1. Salt and pepper
  2. 3 clovesgarlic diced
  3. 1whole onion diced
  4. 10 piecesgreen beans
  5. 2carrots sliced
  6. 1whole sayote sliced
  7. 6-10 piecescabbage leaf
  8. 1big tomato diced
  9. 10peeled shrimps
  10. 2 tbspginisa flavor mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautè onion and garlic in medium heat

  2. 2

    After a minute, add tomato diced and let it stand for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add shrimps, add salt and pepper and cook until the shrimps turn orange in color

  4. 4

    Add chayote and carrots then put ginisa flavor mix and stir occasionally

  5. 5

    Put the cabbage leaf and green beans and let it stand for 5-7 minutes until the veggies become soft and crunchy

  6. 6

    Ready to serve. Enjoy!
