Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 poundscarrots sliced
  • 1/3 cupmaple syrup
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonoil I used peanut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add oil and carrots add salt

    Cook covered till carrots are tender. Add maple syrup

    Simmer for 5 minutes stirring often
