Steps

Peel all ingredients and slice into small pieces.

Place all ingredients in a pan. Cover all ingredients with boiling water and let boil for 45 minutes. Contiously stir, the water as it evaporates.

Add desired amount of salt and pepper not too much salt.

When soup has boiled allow to sit for 10 minutes, serve (or put in blender if prefer it purified).
