Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 1 packokra (about 10 pieces)
  2. 1 tablespoonconcentrated noodle soup base (3x strength)
  3. 1/2 tablespoonwater
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsugar (see note ②)
  5. 1heaping tablespoon or more to taste ground sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water, add a pinch of salt, and cook the okra (to remove bitterness). It's recommended to keep them slightly firm.

    Cut the okra and mix with the ● ingredients to finish. [Note: Sweetness varies by brand of noodle soup base. If it's sweet enough, omit the sugar.]

    Trim the hard part (calyx) of the okra with a knife. It makes a small difference, but the result looks nicer.
