  • 4eggplants (remove the stem, cut into 4~6 equal parts lengthwise)
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • Sesame dressing: (*mix in advance)
  • 4 tbsp*ground black sesame (or white sesame)
  • 2 tbsp*sake
  • 1 Tbsp~*sugar
  • 1 1/2~ tbsp *soy sauce
  • 2 tsp*grated ginger

    Heat the oil in a pan, cook the eggplant over medium ~ low heat until it becomes lightly brown.

    Immediately plunge into the sesame dressing and soak.
