A simple pasta you can make for a solo lunch at home!
The origin of this recipe
I wanted to make an easy pasta for one using ingredients I had at home.
It would also be delicious with eggplant, tomato, and king oyster mushrooms.

1 bundlepasta
1/2zucchini
1small tomato
1/2 cantuna
2 teaspoonsgranulated bouillon
1 tablespoonolive oil

Steps

Boil the pasta in plenty of water.
In the meantime...

Chop the zucchini and tomato into bite-sized pieces.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the zucchini. Once cooked, add the tomato, tuna, and bouillon, and mix lightly.

Add the cooked pasta to the frying pan and mix! Just lightly drain the water.

Serve on a plate and it's ready☆
If you have it, sprinkle some basil for extra flavor!
