  • 120 gramsSmoked Salmon Trimmings/Off Cuts
  • 2 1/2 tbspPhiladelphia Light
  • 1 smallRed Onion (Raw)
  • 1 cloveGarlic (Minced)
  • 10 mlExtra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Optional
  • 1 tspGarlic Granules/Powder
  • 1 tspOnion Granules/Powder

  • 1Hand Blitzer/Blender

  • 300Calories per serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Grill the salmon evenly spread on a sheet of foil or baking tray until cooked (some may like it raw)

  2. 2

    Chop the onion in half, peel and cut the ends off

  3. 3

    Put the onion, minced garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil (and garlic & onion granules if using) into the blender

  4. 4

    Blitz until onion is roughly chopped and the ingredients have mixed

  5. 5

    Add the philadelphia light and salmon ontop

  6. 6

    Blitz again until desired consistency

  7. 7

    Goes nice on toast or a toasted English muffin :)
