Sauté the white part of the leek in a skillet (save the green parts for soup or another use)

Mix the remaining ingredients, cutting the Fourme d'Ambert into small cubes. Add the leeks, mix well, and spread the mixture over the puff pastry sheet

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C)
