Ingredients

20 minutes
1 serving
  • 4plain bagels split in half
  • 1 Lbpork sausage
  • 1small diced onion
  • 1 packagepeppered white country gravy mix that yields 3 cup
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 lbshredded pepper jack or white American cheese

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a heavy skillet, cook the sausage and onion, and drain.

  2. 2

    In a 4-cup saucepan pan mix the gravy mix and 2 cups of milk. Cook until thick.

  3. 3

    Spread on bagels, add sausage and cheese. Cook at 425 for 15 mins

  4. 4

    Serve with fruit for a balanced meal to start your day!
