Ingredients

  • 500 gFrog Legs
  • 2 packSalted Mustard Green, Chopped
  • 5 clovesGarlic, chopped
  • 1thumb-sized Ginger, matchstick strips
  • 2 tbspFish Sauce
  • 2 tbspRed Glutinous Rice Wine
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 tbspcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the cooking oil into Saute pan wait until heat.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute, then add the Salted Mustard Green (chopped) - cook for 10 mins, put a bit of water

  3. 3

    And add the frog legs, add the rest of ingredients.. cook for another 10 mins

  4. 4

    Sauteed Frog legs ready to serve :)
