Boil the chicken breast with onion, garlic, and salt. Once it starts boiling, cook for 1 hour, then turn off the heat.

Shred the chicken breast into small strips.

Fill the warm tortillas with shredded chicken and roll them up tightly, making sure the chicken stays inside the tortilla.

If you are not frying them right away, wrap the rolls in a paper towel and then place them in a plastic bag.

Fry the rolled tacos in very hot oil for about 3 minutes each, until golden and crispy.

Serve the tacos topped with lettuce, sour cream, and cheese as desired.
