Cut the komatsuna into 3cm long pieces. Remove the enoki mushrooms from the base and cut them in half.

Wash the komatsuna. Without drying it off, place the stalks on a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle with half of the dashi granules. Cover with a lid and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.

Add the komtsuna leaves and enoki mushrooms to Step 2. Add the remaining dashi granules and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.

Mix soy sauce into Step 3, let it cool, and it's done! Once cooled, the flavor will change slightly. After it has cooled adjust the flavor with soy sauce or dashi as needed.
