5 Minute Cheesecake

My friend taught me that cheesecake can be made easily by using a food processor. I experimented many times and finally settled on this flavor.
Since this can be made in such a short time, I haven't bought a cheesecake for about 10 years.

・Leave the cream cheese out at room temperature so that it will be easier to mix. Plus it will shorten the time.
・Using non-dairy heavy cream creates a lightly flavored cheesecake. I definitely recommend using dairy-based heavy cream.
・It will only take about 1 minute to become smooth when blending in the food processor, but once it starts to feel smooth and liquid-like, it should be ready. Recipe by Puru berry
