This is my aunt's recipe. Japanese-style potato tumbles are also tasty, but sometimes it's nice to add the butter for a different touch.Adding sake to the water before boiling prevents the potatoes from breaking apart. But the best method is to be careful not to over-boil them.Season lightly, then add butter, soy sauce, and honey to taste. For 2 servings. Recipe by Sekai tabearuki kenkyuka cookpad.japan -

Time-Saving! Sticky & Sweet Baked Sweet Potatoes ♡ Time-Saving! Sticky & Sweet Baked Sweet Potatoes ♡
Sweet potatoes tend to lose their sweetness in the microwave or a steamer, but relying on the oven alone takes time... So, I came up with this combination technique. I tried it many times and finally found the right timing.Since all it takes is microwaving and baking in the oven, I don't have any hints in particular (lol). They're done once they've softened ^^If the potato you're using isn't that big, there's no need to cut it.
